Edmond Mellina, ORCHANGO president & co-founder, will be personally leading the delivery of these open-enrollment programs.
Last summer and due to the pandemic, we pivoted our flagship program from in-person to live-virtual. We piloted the new edition and then started delivering it internally to clients. In 2021, we will continue with in-house deliveries. But we also wanted to offer this special program on an open-enrollment basis. This way organizations who cannot commit a full cohort can still enroll selected leaders or change agents. As for individuals, they can enroll themselves to learn nimble change leadership and advance their career in the new normal.
