Today’s nature of change is fundamentally different: fast-paced, constant, and disruptive.

As transformation executives and  change-makers, we cannot afford to rely anymore on traditional change management – which is sluggish by design. The new normal has accelerated the need for nimble change leadership™.

In this highly dynamic and interactive keynote, we will start by exploring five mindset shifts to move from sluggish change management to nimble change leadership. We will challenge the myth of “executive sponsorship”. We will extract key implications for the journey towards fulfilling your corporate vision.

We will then uncover and start using a proven and practical tool: the nimble leader’s Change Stethoscope™. We will bring it to life via a large-group discussion and a smaller-group activity.

Finally, we will draw a parallel between a transformation journey and a passenger airplane flight. The analogy will come handy throughout our retreat.
