Participants will:

We adapt the facilitation and content to accommodate existing leaders (any level), future leaders, change agents, mixed audiences, Board of Directors, etc.
We also have a special edition of the program geared towards B2B Sales & Marketing professionals – who have to nimbly influence the change related to the solutions they are selling. In essence, they are external change-makers.
For maximum impact, we recommend a minimum of 12 and maximum of 18 participants per cohort. However, we can accommodate different cohort sizes.

- Module 1: Foundation for Nimble Change Leadership – featuring the Change Stethoscope™ and its companion worksheet to monitor commitment and resistance on the fly.
- Module 2: STEP UP!™ Game Simulation – featuring the Six Change Personas™ (along with the STEP UP! Game Worksheet) to multiply our resilience and impact as change-makers.
- Module 3: Leveraging our Real-World Experiences – unleashing the power of guided group reflection for maximum learning, and uncovering the three super-powers of Co-Disruptors™.
- In-person, we combine Module 1: Foundation for Nimble Change Leadership & Module 2: STEP UP!™ Game Simulation into a full-day, high-intensity and super-engaging learning experience. Live-virtual, we deliver these half-day modules a few days apart.
- A few week later (as per our Learn-and-Execute® methodology), the cohort gathers again for Module 3: Leveraging our Real-World Experiences – which is a half-day learning experience delivered in-person, virtually or via a hybrid format.
- Option: customized 1-on-1 Transformation Advisory Package to further guide, coach & advise participating leaders as they execute change in the real world.

STEP UP!™ is a facilitated learning board game (“serious game”) for organizations faced with uncertainty, fast-paced change and digital disruption.
The simulation challenges competing teams to take on a tricky digital transformation. The objective is to successful pivot a major business of Korbus Global – an international B2B company. There are plenty of obstacles, internal politics and twists that simulate the real world. How will the players pull it off?
The characters and dynamics in STEP UP!™ are based on a real-life business scenario. Players learn how to apply the ORCHANGO Method while drawing parallels with their own real-world challenges.
The result is a learning experience that threads nimble change leadership into the players’ “DNA” and the organization’s culture.
