Seventh-year corporate sponsorship of SCNetwork

ORCHANGO has been a Corporate Sponsor of this respected non-profit association for the past seven years.

“We have been supporting the Strategic Capability Network in various capacities since 2002 and renewing our Corporate Sponsorship was an easy decision for us,” declared ORCHANGO president Edmond Mellina. “The association provides a great forum for leaders to explore how to better achieve competitive strength through people. Mellina also serves on the National board of the Strategic Capability Network, and is a member of the Toronto chapter’s leadership team.

A client CEO will speak at SCNetwork’s 35-year anniversary conference

This year, SCNetwork will be celebrating its 35-year anniversary with a special conference to be held  in Toronto (Canada) on April 29, 2014. The conference will focus on the critical traits that today’s leaders needs in order to tackle tomorrow’s challenges. Each speaker will address a specific aspect of leadership – including: the leader as a strategist; the leader as as a coach; and the leader as a change agent.

For the leader-as-a-change-agent angle, the speaker will be the CEO of one of ORCHANGO’s clients. He will discuss how his organization developed its ability to absorb change and built a culture of change leadership while successfully rolling out a series of strategic change.
