Live virtual is the way to go now. Because of COVID-19, we had to cancel all in-person deliveries of the program. And it will be a long while before we can safely go back to the classroom. At the same time, businesses must become nimbler given the new reality. So, pivoting our flagship program to a virtual environment was a no-brainer, really. We had to do a lot of work and testing in a short amount of time, but it’s done and we are very happy with the result. We are now working with our clients to reschedule the cancelled sessions in a virtual setting. In other words, the program is back… to the future!
