Pascal Karsenty joins ORCHANGO leadership team

ORCHANGO, a firm with world-class expertise in change management that specializes in helping organizations adapt to change, is pleased to announce that Pascal Karsenty has joined its leadership team as Head Learning Coach.

In addition to leading the team of ORCHANGO Learning Coaches™, Pascal Karsenty will act as Chief Learner’s Advocate. “This role is absolutely critical to the success of ORCHANGO,” explained Mellina. “In this capacity, Pascal’s mandate is to ensure we learn from each delivery and, most importantly, that the actual needs of the learners drive our continuous program improvement efforts.”

Pascal Karsenty, who is bilingual French and English, will be based in Montreal. “Quebec is an important market for ORCHANGO”, said Mellina. He added that everyone on the ORCHANGO leadership team is fluent in Canada’s two official languages.
