Innovation and change go hand in hand. Indeed, we cannot turn new ideas (different educational programs, end-to-end learning experiences or innovative LMS systems) into realities without acceptance by stakeholders. In this workshop, you will learn essential principles and techniques to make change & innovation stick.
This is NOT an academic presentation covering interesting theories. It is an interactive workshop for practitioners delivered by an expert practitioner. It features battle-tested approaches that have proven their effectiveness in the real world through transformational projects of all sizes and natures, across industries and around the globe. We will start by discussing what it really takes to think and act like a change leader. We will apply the learning to make an innovation process “stickier” (using Eric Ries’ increasingly popular LEAN Startup framework as an example). Most importantly, you will start working on making your current innovation or change project “stickier”.
