Participants will:
- Gain practical tools to embrace change with agility.
- Explore the power of emotions and their implications for themselves, colleagues and clients (internal or external).
- Recognize how change impacts our need for control and devise ways to mitigate anxiety.
- Discover the Six Change Personas™ (Campaigner; Helper; Skeptic; Wind Watcher; Foot Dragger; Torpedo) and analyze their PROs and CONs.
- Embrace change with agility – all together!
- Recognize four classic traps that prevent us from being change-agile; and learn six PRO TIPs to avoid them.
When asked how likely they are to recommend this live-virtual program to colleagues and professional contacts, 95% of past graduates responded “Likely” or “Very likely”. The vast majority selected “Very likely”.
The resulting Net Promoter Score (NPS) oscillated between +50 (Excellent) and +85 (World-Class) – depending on the cohort.
