Our change-agility program
for staff members or everyone
EMBRACING CHANGE WITH AGILITY – ALL TOGETHER!™
Featuring the Six Change Personas™, feed-the-beaver analogy, London-weather trap & more...
About the program

In today’s fast-paced, constantly evolving, and disruptive environment, change agility has become a critical skill for both individuals and teams.

We specifically designed this half-day learning workshop for staff members – or everyone (i.e. staff and leaders).

Clients leverage the program on its own; or in parallel with our flagship learning experience for leaders & change makers (NIMBLE CHANGE LEADERSHIP program, powered by the STEP UP!™ Game Simulation). Both programs complement each other beautifully to build change-agile capabilities.

Bottom line: an organization (or division / team) better equipped for today’s reality!
