Overview

How do people really respond to change? In this keynote, Edmond introduces the Six Change Personas™ — a powerful framework that reveals our emotional responses to transformation.

Edmond begins by unpacking each persona: Campaigner, Helper, Skeptic, Wind Watcher, Foot Dragger, and Torpedo. He shares research data to highlight how often we adopt each one.

Next, Edmond guides the audience of change makers through a two-step reflection: first, when they are on the receiving end of change; second, when they are either driving the change or representing it.

Through this reflection, participants not only increase their resilience — they also become significantly more strategic as change makers, investing their limited time, energy, and influence where it matters most.

Edmond delivers this keynote with the passion, humour, and engaging style that are his trademarks — leaving participants inspired and equipped to lead change more effectively.
