Edmond is internationally respected for his expertise in making change and innovation stick — when change is fast-pace, constant, overlapping and disruptive. For over 25 years, he has partnered with public and private sector clients in Europe, North America and the Middle East to build their change capabilities while helping them win in an increasingly digital world.
He is a former corporate executive: CIO at Delta Hotels when Expedia disrupted the hotel business; and VP Corporate Development & General Manager USA for the technology business of Envoy Communication Group when marketing agencies started to become digital.
As CIO of Delta Hotels, Edmond led an ambitious transformation that allowed the company to advantageously navigate its rapidly changing industry — with disruptors such as Expedia and Travelocity entering the market. Delta expanded while realizing double-digit improvements in productivity, quality and customer service. Following CP Hotels’ acquisition of Delta and Fairmont, Edmond co-led the merger and strategic transformation of the IT function, which became a key competitive advantage. After Fairmont, he joined Sage Information Consultants as it was being acquired by Envoy Communication — an international group of media agencies. Edmond held the dual role of VP Corporate Development and General Manager, Sage USA. In 2002, he left the corporate world to start ORCHANGO.
Edmond is the creator of the ORCHANGO Method™ and our Learn-and-Execute® methodology. He was also the lead designer for STEP UP!™ (our learning game / simulated experience that teaches how to make change & innovation stick) and CHECK UP!™ (our special survey to measure and drive the change & innovation capabilities of organizations).
As a speaker, Edmond addresses audiences on change, innovation, teamwork and influence. He delivers speeches with the passion, humour and engaging style that are his trademarks. He brings tools, concepts and techniques to life by sharing vivid stories from the real world.
Edmond’s consulting, coaching, learning and speaking clients have included: Islamic Development Bank Group; Ubifrance; Sun Life Financial; Transat A.T.; Purolator Courier Services; FundSERV; Technical Standards and Safety Authority; Government of British Columbia; Travel Industry Council of Ontario; tripcentral.ca; Confédération Générale des Travailleurs; SEIU Healthcare; Groupe Média TFO; Law Society of Upper Canada; Loblaw; Hydro Québec; Conference Board of Canada; De Beers; etc.
