While doing a “spring cleaning” on older files, we came across these pictures from one of our projects at the Islamic Development Bank Group in Saudi Arabia. They were taken in 2009. That year, our principals Pascal Karsenty and Edmond Mellina traveled back and forth between Montreal or Toronto and Jeddah. They were advising the bank on all the change management aspects of its ambitious Vision 1440H (2020G) Reform and on the strategic evolution of its institutional culture.
