Michael Beard, President & CEO of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) spoke at a conference about his organization’s change capability building journey with ORCHANGO. The presentation was titled: “The TSSA Story: Building a Culture of Change”. The conference marked the 35-year anniversary of the Strategic Capability Network (Canadian affiliate of HR People & Strategy – the executive arm of the world’s largest HR membership organization). After the formal presentation, ORCHANGO president Edmond Mellina joined Michael on stage for an in-depth discussion with the audience of HR executives.
